Candace was attentive, patient & provided excellent customer care. I got the hook up with a great price. The manager made my new purchase shine bright. I also found out they have Lay-away for up to 3-6 mos.

The customer service is assume, the hospitality over the top in Crystal, Minnesota. I would refer everyone to this store. Keep up excellent services. They deserve lunch on Max it Pawn

Very clean. Helpful staff. Can be kinda busy at times but staff make sure to welcome you and let you know they seem you. A Mr. Darrell helped my nephew on our last visit here. Mr. Darrell was very knowledgeable about things and put me at easy about buying from them. Very Nice Place good Prices on things also.

They only take fancy sneakers, no other shoes or clothing. I do believe they will take purses though, & sunglasses for sure. Otherwise mostly electronics (power tools, phones, laptops, speakers, video game consoles, etc.)

Count your Days Max it Pawn in Crystal! Like the customers are the reason you’re getting a check and is able to make rent and bills. Why is the CS so horrible like if you not a people person get you a call center job like it’s that simple. You all are so so so so horrible other than the little bald guy, but to hang up on a customer after stating you will open doors at 11 that ain’t got nothing to do with me I’m calling in to see if there is a product in stock, but you guys are so so so horrible like in all Honesty I Pray for y’all cause something is loose in the mind like for real for real. Very unprofessional and you’re not even in a bad area like come on Crystal MN there is absolutely nothing going on in Crystal. I pray the heifer still there by the time I get up there today cause you getting a mouth full💯💯

This place has a lot of items that broken or locked electronics. I made offers on item that are “SOLD AS IS” but Manager never wants to even budge on price. They literally want to get the money they put into an item. When other Pawns do budge on SOLD AS IS items cause it broken !! Sucks cause I’m always spending money with them !!
